Is my Etsy data safe?
Yes. We use Etsy's official OAuth 2.0 with PKCE — we never see your password. Tokens are AES-256-GCM encrypted at rest. You can revoke access anytime from your Etsy account settings.
What if authorization fails?
Usually it's a browser cookie or pop-up blocker issue. Try an incognito window, disable ad blockers for sellerboxes.com, and make sure you are signed in to the correct Etsy account before clicking "Allow Access".
How often do orders sync?
Automatically every day — and you can trigger a manual sync anytime with the "Sync Orders" button. Tracking numbers you add in SellerBoxes are posted back to Etsy within minutes.
Can I connect multiple Etsy shops?
Yes. Repeat the connect flow for each shop — every shop gets its own tile in the Shops sidebar. All plans support unlimited shops.
How do I disconnect my shop?
In the Shops sidebar, click your shop → Settings → Disconnect. SellerBoxes stops syncing immediately and your Etsy tokens are deleted from our database within 24 hours.
Does SellerBoxes cost anything?
The platform is free to use — you only pay for the products you fulfill. No subscription, no connection fee, no minimums. Product prices are listed on each product page.
