SellerBoxes Amazon (Beta)

Before you start

  • Active SellerBoxes Amazon account (register first)
  • Active Amazon Seller Central account with admin access
  • Pop-ups and cookies allowed for sellerboxes.com + amazon.com
1

Access Shop Manager

Log into SellerBoxes. In the left sidebar, click Shop Manager to open the multi-store dashboard.

2

Initiate Shop Connection

In the Shop Manager dashboard, click Connect Shop next to Amazon. Make sure you are signed in to the correct Amazon Seller Central account in another tab before continuing.

3

Amazon OAuth Authorization

You will be redirected to Amazon's authorization page. Review the requested permissions (read orders, inventory, product data) and click Authorize.

What SellerBoxes can access

  • Order data (needed for fulfillment & analytics)
  • Inventory data (needed for stock sync)
  • Product catalog (needed for listing management)
  • We never see your Amazon password
4

Authorization Verification

Amazon verifies your account status and generates secure OAuth tokens for SellerBoxes. This usually takes a few seconds.

Never share your Amazon credentials

OAuth is secure — you only grant the scopes you approve. SellerBoxes will never ask for your Amazon password directly. If any third party does, report it.

5

Manage your store

Amazon redirects you back to SellerBoxes with the auth tokens. The system establishes the connection automatically. You can now manage inventory, process orders, and access profit analytics.

You're connected

  • Orders sync automatically every day
  • Inventory levels update in real time
  • Access profit analytics from the Dashboard

Frequently asked questions

Is my Amazon data safe with SellerBoxes?

Yes. OAuth tokens are AES-256-GCM encrypted at rest. We only read data needed for reports and fulfillment — never write changes without your explicit action. You can revoke access anytime from Amazon Seller Central security settings.

The OAuth page failed to load. What do I do?

Try an incognito window, disable ad blockers for amazon.com and sellerboxes.com, and make sure you're signed in to the correct Amazon Seller Central account first. If the issue persists, check Amazon's status page.

Can I connect multiple Amazon marketplaces?

Yes. Repeat this flow for each marketplace (US, CA, MX) — each gets its own OAuth token and shop tile. EU / UK marketplaces are planned for post-Beta.

How do I disconnect my shop?

In Shop Manager → your Amazon shop → Settings → Disconnect. SellerBoxes stops syncing immediately and your OAuth tokens are deleted from our database within 24 hours. Your Amazon account and data remain unchanged.

How often does SellerBoxes sync data from Amazon?

Orders sync automatically every day, and you can trigger a manual sync anytime with the Sync button. Inventory updates are near-real-time via SP-API notifications.
